1.1. Welcome to Imperfecta Studio. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from this webshop. When placing an order at www.imperfectastudio.hr you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
2.1. “Webshop” refers to Imperfecta Studio.
2.2. “Customer” refers to any person who places an order on the webshop.
3.1. By placing an order, the customer agrees to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.2. Prices are listed in euro and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be added during the checkout process.
3.3. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.
4.1. Imperfecta Studio aim to process and ship orders within 14 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.
4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Imperfecta Studio is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate information. Recycled packing materials are used as much as possible.
5.1. mperfecta Studio accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your ceramics to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
5.3. The goods are insured in transit. In case of damaged items in transit, please email info@imperfectastudio.hr. Please send us the photos as evidence within 24 hours of having your order received. If you have any questions or complaints about our product please send us an email at info@imperfectastudio.hror via the online contact form.
6.1. Imperfecta Studio makes every effort to accurately describe and display products. All ceramic pieces are sculpted by hand. However, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur due to the handmade nature of pottery. No two pieces are exactly the same. The pictures of the ceramic pieces on this website ensure that the colors appear as realistic as possible. The exact color can not be guaranteed since different web browsers varies.
7.1. All content on the webshop, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Imperfecta Studio and is protected by copyright.
8.1. Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy, available at privacy policy.
9.1. Imperfecta Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use products.
