5.1. mperfecta Studio accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your ceramics to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. <\/p>\n

5.2. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.<\/p>\n

5.3. The goods are insured in transit. In case of damaged items in transit, please email info@imperfectastudio.hr. Please send us the photos as evidence within 24 hours of having your order received. 6.1. Imperfecta Studio makes every effort to accurately describe and display products. All ceramic pieces are sculpted by hand. However, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur due to the handmade nature of pottery. No two pieces are exactly the same. The pictures of the ceramic pieces on this website ensure that the colors appear as realistic as possible. The exact color can not be guaranteed since different web browsers varies. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
